Thrive House

Housing & Support for Moms

Thrive House is a transitional housing program for young adults who are pregnant or parenting. Thrive House provides mothers and children with a safe place to thrive on their own while taking important steps toward a stable and sustainable future. Residents can expect to earn rental history, work toward a stable job or continued education, save money, build independent living skills, build parenting skills, and gain a network of natural supports in their community.

Thrive House is open to women who are 18 years and older who are pregnant or parenting children. Upon acceptance into the program, moms will need to agree to the House Covenant outlining program expectations, rules, and policies, and sign a month-to-month sub-lease agreement. Note, this is not a subsidized housing program and can not accommodate housing for partners or co-parents.

Imagination House

Transitional Independent Living for young adults

Imagination House is a transitional housing program open to female-identifying youth ages 18-20 years old. Youth must be in the current custody of DHS or have a history of homelessness to be eligible. Youth living at Imagination House have the support of our dedicated staff to learn and develop independence skills, such budgeting, creating healthy routines for themselves, cooking, being a responsible renter, and much more. Staff assist youth with setting and obtaining goals that are essential to their long term growth and success. Youth in the program are responsible for maintaining a productive schedule of school, work, or volunteerism and following program rules and policies. While living at Imagination House, youth save money through the IH rent program and gain rental experience. Imagination House partners with the Department of Human Services, the local ILP provider, and other community resources to support youth.
